Indigo Soul Yoga

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about the team and environment at Indigo Soul. As a newer practitioner to yoga, they do not only use terminology that only an advanced practitioner would know, they take time to help you understand the positions and any appropriate modifications. You never feel “less than” for wherever you are at in your yoga journey. Everyone is welcome and different levels of ability (including accessibility!) are embraced. This is an empowering space, where my wellness is prioritized, and I always leave feeling better than when I got there. I highly recommend them!

I am very grateful ISY stayed open during the pandemic and i was able to attend classes in-person or online. I love the instructors there and like the fact that they reach out their yogis and open to listen to their requests or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised when they call me during my maternity leave. I really needed support at that time and it was good to hear from them. Plus, their studio is kept clean which also makes me feel safe during my practice. I recommend Indigo Soul Yoga studio to everyone. It is a very welcoming and warm environment.

I’ve been to plenty of yoga studios but nothing compares to my experience this morning at Indigo Soul Yoga. Warm, friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie has a way of making you feel as if you are the only one in the class. I can’t wait for the next class. I have found my new home!

Indigo Soul is amazing! I have been coming to this studio for about a month and love it. All of the instructors are great. I am a beginner and never felt uncomfortable in any of the classes that I have taken. Going to yoga consistently and changing my diet I have already lost 6lbs. I also took the beginner series with Stephanie and learned a lot of different poses. I am feeling more and more confident with each class that I take. Coming to yoga has truly helped my mind, body, and spirit. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE Indigo Soul Yoga! My instructors and fellow yogis have been incredibly warm, helpful, and uplifting. My body feels amazing, my mood is better, and I sleep like a baby after suffering from chronic insomnia for years. Representation matters, and learning the art of yoga and meditation from Black women has done incredible things for my self-esteem and self-love. I feel incredibly blessed to be apart of the ISY family and would encourage any and everyone to come join us! You won't regret it!
